Below is the data we collected for this project in its original, CSV form.

Data was collected courtesy of AO3 user centreoftheselights.

Note

Data from 2018 was not collected, so it was generally estimated from averages of 2017 and 2019, with the exception of 魔道祖师. The inciting event for its inclusion among the top 100 was the release of the anime at the very end of 2018. Therefore, it is not likely that it would have cracked 2018's top 100 list, and thus is recorded as 0 for 2018. Additionally, the methodology of only tracking the top 100 franchises per year leads to a recorded 0 fanfictions for Les Misérables in 2020, even though it likely had an large number of published fanfictions. The rate at which new fanfictions were being written outpaced fanfictions for Les Misérables.
